Chalkboard Calendars Spring and Summer 2019

Chalkboard Calendars Spring and Summer 2019

The other day I asked Matt if he could think of anything that happened over the summer that stuck out to him, so I could make sure it was listed on the chalkboard before documenting it, erasing and starting the Autumn board. He responded that he was horrible about remembering, I can’t think of anything. The thing is… SO AM I. This is exactly why I keep these boards, because if I didn’t, a new season would arrive and I’d think to myself “absolutely nothing happened last season”. Looking at these boards though, it’s clearly evident that is NOT the case. It’s actually been an exceptionally busy and packed year so far.

That being said, I need to rearrange the furniture and I want to move the chalkboard because it has been in the same place since we moved into our house and I’m afraid it has become too commonplace and so I’m forgetting to write things down as they happen. Hopefully switching things up will keep it fresh in my mind.

Hi, I'm Robyn and I was Hatched from a Kinder Surprise Egg. Graphic Designer by day, Maker of things by night. I have worked as a graphic artist professionally since I was 16 years old. Went on to get my Bachelors of Art from NIU. I like to share my Artwork online at flickr.com/photos/robayre and on my own personal website http://www.robayre.com. I also have an online shop http://www.robayre.etsy.com where you can find more of my "crafty" sorts of things, as well as a random piece of artwork here and there. Oh, and I'm also an occasional contributor to Artomat (artomat.org).
