With Friends Like These

I have extraordinary people in my life and they are doing awesome things and I just want to brag!

Matt has taken up woodwork this year and designed and built us this awesome mug shelf to keep our mug collection off the shelves and counters in our tiny kitchen. When he built it I thought “Great! Now we can get more mugs!” but in reality, once he hung it and we filled it there were still a few mugs left. Our mugs are a collection of thrifted, artist made, and gifts. I think I will take the remaining few back to the thrift shop, but this still won’t stop me from hunting for new amazing mugs.

Naturally Mod

My friend Michaela has been making and selling her own bags and pouches and various sewn products under the name Naturally Mod for years at local stores and craft shows, but this year with the pandemic she decided to branch out and has created an insta-shop. Her items are a fan favorite in our family, and let me tell you from experience, they can take a licking and keep on ticking!

Muro Jewelry

My friend Rosa is the artist behind her family run business of Muro Jewelry. She has been creating such beautiful new jewelry to sell online, in lieu of their cancelled dates for art fairs and craft shows. Check out her shop and treat yourself to a stunning, one of a kind piece.

My friend Ann is teaching all sorts of great art classes online (for kids and adults) through her local art guild (Murray, KY). Since the classes are online, the classes are open to anyone, anywhere.

robayre

Hi, I'm Robyn and I was Hatched from a Kinder Surprise Egg. Graphic Designer by day, Maker of things by night. I have worked as a graphic artist professionally since I was 16 years old. Went on to get my Bachelors of Art from NIU. I like to share my Artwork online at flickr.com/photos/robayre and on my own personal website http://www.robayre.com. I also have an online shop http://www.robayre.etsy.com where you can find more of my "crafty" sorts of things, as well as a random piece of artwork here and there. Oh, and I'm also an occasional contributor to Artomat (artomat.org).
