Artomat and What You Make It

August 1st is the debut of What You Make It a new online art zine in which my mailart postcards will be featured. Hello everyone that is stopping by from there.

I’m working on more artomat paintings and hope to get those out by the end of the year. I still keep flip-flopping about content. I would kind of like to incorporate some other medias into each piece, but then I think portraits, hmmm, I’m torn.

It is 98 degrees here in the chicagoland area, heat index of over 105. People, this is beyond redonkulous.

New Blog

Matt helped me greatly with this News page, I’m using Wordpress and he altered a template to fit my needs and it is perfect! Hopefully more updates will be featured here thanks to his help.

I am really dragging my feet on so many things. Maybe I have too many projects started and need to focus my energies on one at a time. I am also eagerly anticipating fall, and grumble when I am still seeing bathing suits and summer fashions on the rack. I can’t wait to ride my bike and not worry about heat exhaustion, wearing scarves, and the trees turning fall colors.

Just wanted to leave a note to let folks know I’ve been working on some updates, adding to the gallery page, and some extra fun things, including a hidden page or two ;)  I also have been working on an instructional pdf to offer in the “special section (which still needs to be renamed).  My hope is to also add some things for sale occasionally at my etsy shop, so keep an eye open.
