I know that there are plenty of good shows on. My favorites include 30 Rock, Lost, Medium, Little People in a Big World. These were all favorites before I even got cable, so that tells ya how even without cable I found a way of still watching TV. Now you can add to it, Jon and Kate Plus Eight, and basically everything on TLC, a majority of stuff on Discovery, lots of great stuff on AMC, PBS and the Cartoon Network. What disturbs me is that I have caught myself watching a couple episodes of The Hills! This show was a mystery to me before and now I know "characters" on the show and everything. That problem needs to be nipped in the bud and quickly. Yeah, I don’t think television is evil or anything, I just want to be productive and television is just another thing that keeps me from being productive. There's plenty of good stuff on to balance the bad. :) So long as you aren't spending your whole life in front of it, it's ok.
