What a negative nelly! (I know, I’m one to talk). Maybe next time you should try a tree over at that park between 2nd and 3rd.

I put it up tuesday evening and wednesday around noon it was still there, but around 7 I checked again and it was gone. I imagine the owner of the tree took it and probably threw it away hoping that it would not become a tradition.

Wonderful work! I love the locust. We just got done with the 17 yer locust. It is weird not hearing that low hum in the morning followed by a mid-afternoon frenzy of noise. I actually found several pairs of wings in good condition that I just had to pick up. Hmmm got to figure out how to attach them to a collage. So good for you taking those brave steps! It gets easier each week.:)
